Processing Time

All items are made to order. Processing typically takes 3-5 business days before shipping.

Shipping Methods

We ship via USPS from the United States. All orders include tracking information, which will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Shipping Rates

We offer a flat rate shipping of $5.00 for all domestic orders within the United States.

Delivery Times

• United States: 3-7 business days after shipping
• Canada: 7-14 business days after shipping

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States and Canada only. We hope to expand to more countries in the future.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package on the USPS website.

Returns & Refunds

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no additional cost.

Change of Mind

Because all items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Please review your order carefully before purchasing, including size and color selections.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We'll ship the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect one.
